    Error Code: 2811-6002

    The information in this article can help you when:

    • When attempting to download a game or content from Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch, error code 2811-6002 is displayed.
    • When accessing Nintendo eShop to enter a download code, you receive the error message: "There are no products being distributed at this time."

    What to Do:

    1. Close Nintendo eShop and return to the HOME Menu.
    2. Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME Menu to re-open Nintendo eShop.
    3. Select the user icon linked to the Nintendo Account you wish to download the content for.
    4. Select "Redeem Code" and enter the 16-digit download code.
    5. When the content has finished downloading, open the game from the HOME Menu.
      • If you downloaded DLC, you may need to restart the game in order to access the content.

    Situation not resolved

    If you receive a different error code or message after entering the download code, search our knowledge base for the new error and follow our troubleshooting steps.
