How to Manage Nintendo Account Friend Suggestion Settings
Steps for changing the friend suggestion preferences for your Nintendo Account.
What to do
Go to the Nintendo Account website and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
When signed in, you can update your friend suggestion settings, or, if you are the admin in a family group, you can update the settings for any supervised accounts in the family group.

- Select Privacy and Other Settings.
- Select Change next to “Friend Suggestions”.
- Select or de-select the box next to “Display Friend Suggestions” as desired.
- If you prefer, expand the “Set for each service individually” section to enable or disable friend suggestions for each service.
- Select Save changes to confirm the change.
- Select Family Group.
- Select the supervised account whose friend suggestion settings you want to change.
- Select Privacy and Other Settings.
- Select Change next to “Friend Suggestions”.
- Select or de-select the box next to “Display Friend Suggestions” as desired.
- If you prefer, expand the “Set for each service individually” section to enable or disable friend suggestions for each service.
- Select Save changes to confirm the change.
